A successful project starts with a detailed and thorough estimate. Our project estimators are all long time employees with a vast knowledge of steel construction. After we are awarded the contract, your project will be handled from start to finish by a professional and experienced project manager. They will sequence the project with your input and begin the shop drawing process immediately. Raw materials and buy-out items such as steel joist and metal deck are purchased immediately to lock in costs and insure on time deliveries. Questions and problems are solved quickly. Shop drawings are coordinated as necessary with other trades and expedited through the approval process. Materials are fabricated in sequence, inspected by our own quality control personnel and shipped to the site with our own trucks in a logical order. We use our own cranes to set steel, giving us full control over the schedule to meet your project demands.
