Ira G. Steffy & Son, Inc. was contracted to furnish, fabricate, and erect 1524 tons of structural steel consisting of columns, beams, wind girts, bracing, and roof frames. An additional 2183 tons of joist girders and joist were also provided and erected along with 10,300 squares of roof deck. 

After the original start, steel erection was delayed by two weeks due to other circumstances, we offered an accelerated schedule to make up for lost time. Ira G. Steffy & Son erected the 1,000,000 square foot distribution warehouse facility in six weeks (with no accidents) beating the accelerated schedule by two weeks.
